The Fontaine De Jouvence Salon Spa Nails is committed to providing the best possible care for our patients. Please make yourself familiar with our policies and procedures listed below. Our procedures and policies have been designed to ensure that you enjoy a truly wonderful experience with us.

ARRIVAL

Clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out any paperwork needed and so that you may leisurely change and take advantage of our wonderful relaxation area. We understand that things can come up which are out of your control, should you arrive later than your appointment time you may have a shortened service, or you may still receive your full-service time permitting. Should you choose to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled that day. We advise the client not to bring any valuable belongings. We are not liable for any valuable property such as money, jewelry etc.. in case that is lost or left on the premises. 

We understand that in some cases you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. Clients that provided a 24 hours notice may have appointments cancelled or rescheduled at no charge. Less than 24 hours notice for cancellation requests will be charged half of the amount of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to arrive at a scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled services. In light of this policy, credit card information will be requested at the time appointments are scheduled. Should an emergency situation arise, please share that information with us, as each situation will be dealt with on an individual basis and confidentiality. To ensure availability of your desired appointment time, we suggest you schedule your next visit before leaving. Please note that a credit card is necessary to reserve an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CHILDREN

We do not offer childcare services. Children are not permitted in any treatment room or relaxation area. Although we love children, their presence in the treatment area can be disruptive to our staff and other spa guests. Please do not leave children unattended in the reception area.

PRICES

All prices are subject to change, but we will always inform you of any changes when you schedule your appointment.

RETURN POLICY

Skincare products may be returned, unopened, up to 30 days from the date of original purchase for Spa credit only. For health reasons, we are unable to accept returns on makeup. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. No exceptions.

 

Whenever a problem arises in the process of the treatment a dialogue between the client and the staff is deem necessary to the correction what is ever deem proper.
